Watermelon Frosé

A frozen frosé made with fresh watermelon juice, dry rosé wine, lime juice, and simple syrup, processed on the Spiked Slush setting. Pastel pink and summer-perfect with juicy watermelon sweetness, bright lime citrus, and a light dry wine finish. Alcoholic - contains rosé wine.

Instructions

    Blend 4 cups cubed watermelon until smooth; strain through a sieve to yield about 2 cups of juice.

    Combine watermelon juice, rosé wine, lime juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher and stir together.

    Transfer the mixture to the vessel, keeping between the MIN and MAX fill lines, and select the Spiked Slush setting.

    Allow the machine to run for 20–30 minutes until the slushie texture is reached.

    Dispense into glasses and garnish with a watermelon wedge and mint sprig.

    Tip: All slushies need at least 4% sugar to slush correctly - adjust the simple syrup if needed.

There are so many fun ways to add variety to this watermelon slushie. You can add any liqueur for more flavor, or keep it non-alcoholic. We love to add strawberry lemonade to the watermelon juice for a non-alcoholic version.
