Instructions

    Make simple syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water until dissolved; cool completely.

    Combine Sauvignon Blanc, gin, St. Germain, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and club soda in a large pitcher; stir thoroughly.

    Transfer the mixture to the vessel, keeping between the MIN and MAX fill lines, and select the Spiked Slush setting.

    Allow the machine to run for 20–30 minutes until the proper slush consistency is reached.

    Dispense into glassware and garnish with a lemon twist.

    Tip: If the mixture won't freeze, add simple syrup one tablespoon at a time - the minimum required sugar level may not have been met.

Pro tips

  • Alcohol must be below 15% ABV; sugar must exceed 4% total volume.
  • If mixture won't freeze: add simple syrup 1 tablespoon at a time.
