Combine vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys Irish Cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and water in a pitcher and whisk until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the vessel, keeping between the MIN and MAX fill lines.

The machine will process and beep when the slush cycle is complete.
