Ninja Slushi Mojito

Instructions

Add fresh mint leaves and sugar to a glass; muddle gently until the mint aroma is strong.

Add 1/2 cup water to the glass and stir until the sugar fully dissolves; strain through a mesh strainer, add rum and lime juice, and stir.

Pour the rum mixture and remaining 2-1/2 cups water into the vessel, keeping the fill level between the MIN and MAX lines.

Select the Spiked Slush setting and power on the machine; allow it to churn until the machine beeps.

Pull the lever to dispense the slush into a glass and serve immediately.
