Ninja Slushi Mai Tai
A frozen Mai Tai made with dark rum, light rum, Triple Sec or Cointreau, pineapple juice, and lime juice, processed on the Spiked Slush setting. Tropical and citrusy with layered rum flavors and a tart pineapple-lime base. Alcoholic - contains dark rum, light rum, and orange liqueur.
Instructions

Combine dark rum, light rum, Triple Sec, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a pitcher and stir.

Pour the mixture into the vessel, keeping the total at or below the MAX fill line (64 oz); prepare in batches if needed.

Select the Spiked Slush setting; adjust thickness using the temperature panel as the machine runs.

The machine will beep when the slush cycle is complete - approximately 20–45 minutes.

Pull the dispense lever and serve immediately.

Tip: Keep total alcohol to roughly 1–1.5 oz per serving - higher concentrations prevent proper freezing.
Pro tips
- ▸Alcohol doesn't freeze like water, so if your drink is too strong the machine can't do its job - keep ~1-1.5 oz alcohol per serving.
- ▸Keep ingredients pre-chilled and respect the 64oz fill line.
