Coffee Frappé (Vanilla Caramel)
A homemade coffee shop-style frappé made with the Ninja SLUSHi, combining chilled coffee, cream, and sweetness for a smooth, frosty coffee drink right at home.
Instructions
- 1
Brew strong coffee/espresso and chill completely, or use cold brew.
- 2
Combine chilled coffee, milk/cream, vanilla extract, and simple syrup in a measuring cup; stir until sugar dissolves.
- 3
Remove mixing vessel, pour mixture between the MIN (16oz) and MAX (64oz) fill lines, and secure back into the machine.
- 4
Power on the Ninja SLUSHi, select Frappé mode, and run approximately 25-30 minutes.
- 5
Dispense using the self-serve spout and top with optional toppings.
Pro tips
- ▸The machine requires at least 4% sugar content for proper freezing. If your coffee is unsweetened, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, simple syrup, or flavored syrup per cup.
- ▸For a thicker frappé use whole milk or heavy cream, increase sugar content, or reduce the liquid ratio.
- ▸Add 2 tablespoons caramel or chocolate syrup, or ½ scoop protein powder, for flavor variations.
