Instructions

  1. 1

Brew strong coffee or espresso and chill completely, or use cold brew.

  2. 2

Combine chilled coffee, heavy cream or milk, vanilla extract, and simple syrup in a pitcher; stir until the sugar dissolves.

  3. 3

Pour the mixture into the vessel, keeping the level between the MIN (16 oz) and MAX (64 oz) fill lines.

  4. 4

Select the Frappé setting and allow the machine to process - approximately 25–30 minutes.

  5. 5

Dispense and top with caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, or whipped cream if desired.

  6. 6

Tip: The machine requires at least 4% sugar content - add at least 2–3 tablespoons of sugar or syrup per cup if using unsweetened coffee.

Pro tips

  • The machine requires at least 4% sugar content for proper freezing. If your coffee is unsweetened, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, simple syrup, or flavored syrup per cup.
  • For a thicker frappé use whole milk or heavy cream, increase sugar content, or reduce the liquid ratio.
  • Add 2 tablespoons caramel or chocolate syrup, or ½ scoop protein powder, for flavor variations.
