Frozen Hugo Spritz

A frozen Hugo Spritz made with elderflower liqueur, very cold Prosecco, and very cold sparkling water, processed on the Spiked Slush setting. Delicate and floral with elderflower sweetness, light bubbles, and crisp sparkling wine notes. Alcoholic - contains elderflower liqueur and Prosecco.

Instructions

    Combine elderflower liqueur, very cold Prosecco, and very cold sparkling water in a pitcher and stir gently.

    Pour the mixture into the vessel, keeping between the MIN and MAX fill lines.

    Select the Spiked Slush setting.

    The machine will process and beep when the slush cycle is complete.

    Dispense into frosted stemmed glasses and serve immediately.

    Tip: Keep the Prosecco and sparkling water as cold as possible before using to retain carbonation and achieve the best slush consistency.
