Frozen Irish Coffee
A frozen Irish coffee made with brewed coffee, Irish whiskey, whole milk, half and half, simple syrup, and water, processed on the Spiked Slush setting. Bold coffee flavor with warming whiskey notes and a touch of creamy sweetness. Alcoholic - contains Irish whiskey.
Instructions
- 1
Combine cooled brewed coffee, Irish whiskey, whole milk, half and half, simple syrup, and water in a pitcher and stir to mix.
- 2
Pour the mixture into the vessel, keeping between the MIN and MAX fill lines.
- 3
Select the Spiked Slush setting.
- 4
The machine will process and beep when the slush cycle is complete.
- 5
Dispense into glasses, top with whipped cream, and optionally dust with cocoa powder.
- 6
Tip: Brew the coffee strong and let it cool completely before mixing - this ensures the coffee flavor stays bold after freezing.
Pro tips
- ▸Use cold or room-temperature brewed coffee - not hot - to avoid shocking the machine.
- ▸A classic Irish Coffee is finished with lightly whipped cream floated on top; replicate that with a dollop on your slush.
