Instructions

  1. 1

Combine cooled brewed coffee, Irish whiskey, whole milk, half and half, simple syrup, and water in a pitcher and stir to mix.

  2. 2

Pour the mixture into the vessel, keeping between the MIN and MAX fill lines.

  3. 3

    Select the Spiked Slush setting.

  4. 4

The machine will process and beep when the slush cycle is complete.

  5. 5

Dispense into glasses, top with whipped cream, and optionally dust with cocoa powder.

  6. 6

Tip: Brew the coffee strong and let it cool completely before mixing - this ensures the coffee flavor stays bold after freezing.

Pro tips

  • Use cold or room-temperature brewed coffee - not hot - to avoid shocking the machine.
  • A classic Irish Coffee is finished with lightly whipped cream floated on top; replicate that with a dollop on your slush.
