Easy Rosé
The simplest possible frosé - just pour rosé wine directly into the vessel and press Spiked Slush.
Instructions
- 1
Pour rosé wine into the vessel, keeping the level between the MIN and MAX fill lines.
- 2
Select the Spiked Slush setting on the machine.
- 3
The machine will run its full cycle and beep when finished; the slush should be uniformly frozen with a soft pink color.
- 4
Dispense into wine glasses or cups and serve immediately.
- 5
Tip: Choose a dry to off-dry rosé with good fruit character - Provence-style rosés work especially well.
Pro tips
- ▸For your ideal texture, use the Temperature Control setting to adjust.
- ▸Chill wine before adding to the unit for faster freezing.
