Instructions

    Remove seeds from the watermelon and cut it into cubes; gather fresh mint leaves.

    Add the watermelon cubes, water, mint leaves, and sugar to the vessel, keeping the level between the MIN and MAX fill lines.

    Select the Slush setting and start the machine.

    Allow the machine to run for 15–20 minutes until the mixture is icy and smooth.

    Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.

    Tip: Include the optional sugar - the machine requires at least 4% sugar content to produce a proper slush texture.

Pro tips

  • A little sugar helps the slush freeze to the right icy texture; the Ninja Slushi needs sugar in the mix (about 4% minimum) for proper slushing.
