Instructions

  1. 1

Combine the protein shake, milk, Cool Whip, and granulated sugar in a large pitcher; whisk until the sugar fully dissolves.

  2. 2

Pour the mixture into the vessel, keeping the level between the MIN and MAX fill lines.

  3. 3

Select the Milkshake setting and allow the machine to process - approximately 1 hour with refrigerated ingredients.

  4. 4

Once the desired consistency is reached, pull the dispense lever to fill glasses and serve.

  5. 5

Tip: Most protein shakes lack enough sugar to freeze on their own - the added granulated sugar and Cool Whip both help meet the machine's minimum 8 g sugar per 8 oz requirement.

Pro tips

  • The machine requires a minimum of 8 grams of sugar per 8 ounces of liquid to freeze properly.
  • Many protein shakes fall short of this requirement, necessitating added sugar.
  • Cool Whip is optional but improves texture and adds additional sugar to meet freezing needs.
