Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi machine's top opening and close the lid.

Press the Slush button and allow churning until desired consistency or until the machine signals completion.

While the slush freezes, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Add the butterscotch topping and powdered sugar; beat until incorporated.

Dispense the slush into a glass and pipe or spoon the cream topping over it.
